With all work carried out at Chartwell, you will receive a Lifetime Repair Guarantee, which we hope will provide you with peace of mind that your Ferrari has been repaired to meticulous standards and shows our intention to maintain these standards throughout the vehicle’s lifetime.

Our body repair centre is approved directly by Ferrari and has all the manufacturer-specified tooling and alignment systems to carry out full Ferrari structural repairs on Aluminium, Carbon Fibre and Steel body structures. This tooling is only issued to Ferrari-approved repair centres.

All Ferrari factory-trained technicians are licensed to repair Ferrari vehicles and attend regular training updates held in Italy under strict Ferrari supervision.

With Chartwell’s direct links to the Ferrari dealer network, Ferrari GB and Ferrari Italy, we are best placed to return your vehicle to the exact manufacture specification the vehicle was built to. Chartwell has full Ferrari body repair approval so your warranty remains intact, giving you the confidence your vehicle will be returned to the correct pre-accident condition, with the full support of the Ferrari network.
