Main Building and Workshop area Chartwell have invested heavily in a bespoke facility designed for handling high performance vehicles, the vast array of tooling and specialist diagnostic equipment is impressive on its own. The facility is capable of handling anything from a small chip to a full structural body rebuild. With impressive conference and training facilities on site, the development of the team is made part of Chartwell's business culture.

Specialist Clean Room Today's prestige vehicles rely on many different materials; some of which are predominantly constructed from Aluminium and Carbon Fibre. The repair of these materials requires a clean environment and separate tooling to ensure there is no contamination of the material or composite during the repair as this would result in early failure or corrosion. The diverse skill required will be demonstrated and explained during the tour.

Refinish Booths and Paint Systems The quality of any repair is always paramount and the paint finish is usually the first thing scrutinised. Chartwell can mix over 40,000 colours on site and have the specialist scheme specifically for BMW which is an environmentally stable water based system. This ensures any colour required can be matched and reproduced. The refinish plant is fully managed by a central computer.
